To adopt the conference committee report; to enact the Senate-passed version of the bill regulating fertilizers and pesticides, but with the following changes: insert changes proposed in HB 2295 concerning dairy product labeling; and, insert the SB 316 proposal to transfer the review of nutrient utilization plans requirements for swine facility operators from the Kansas Department of Agriculture to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
