2010 Senate Bill 575: Motor fuel tax revenue to cities and counties

In his role as a committee chair, to direct the Kansas State Treasurer to determine the amount of money to be paid to cities and counties by following the apportionment formula in the state motor vehicle fuel tax, but to reduce quarterly payments over five years from the 100 counties that were overpaid from FY 2000 to FY 2009, and redistribute $11.1 million to the five underpaid counties.   Official Text and Analysis.
